The item drop to obtain is a silver leaf. This leaf is dropped by Grove Walker, a named treant that wanders Grove of the Ancients. The model of the named mob is the same as the Aelfwar Vindicators in event invasion from Silverwood, so it is far bigger than the treants that are in the zone.

This quest counts towards the Trophy Hunter and Gloamwood Samaritan achievements.
