It's probable that all of the Crit Rating-like stats have diminishing returns and add different amounts of crit/hit/parry/etc at different levels, which would make the table at the bottom of the page completely useless.

Where is the information from all of this coming from? The link to the reference doesn't show any of the specific numbers and how they affect things. Can we get some validation?
