Spell Power

Spell Power is one of the main character attributes. It is used to calculate the success and extent of magical attacks and the damage they cause. Higher Spell Power values indicate a potential to cause higher damage. Gear and items that increase Spell Power are very valuable to characters that use magical attacks, mainly mages and clerics.
Spell damage may be further modified by the spell's type. The six types of magical damage are Life, Death, Air, Earth, Fire, and Water.

1 point of Spell Power = +0.2 magical damage per second (DPS)
A mage's base Spell Power is the sum of (50% Intelligence) + (50% Wisdom).
A cleric's base Spell Power is the sum of (75% Wisdom) + (25% Intelligence).
