This is the sticky thread for forms. As the name would suggest, forms help facilitate the entry fo data into the wiki and preserve a uniform look and feel which makes the wiki more use friendly.

If you have any form suggestions or comments, please reply to this thread, but for concerns on specific created forms, a new thread or that form's talk page is the preferred venue for discussions.

| There is a request for the current item template to include a type=Crafting Material (it was just posted earlier on Maygus' comments page). I just figured I'd toss in there request here, since this would be the logical location.
