Each recipe relates to a certain item that you can craft with the 6 crafting Professions.

Where to obtain

Many of the basic recipes can be obtained from trainers for small sums of money. A trainer can only teach recipes up to the level that that NPC is in the profession. A novice trainer can only teach novice recipes, skilled teach skilled etc.

Other recipes can be bought in the capital, in exchange for tokens. These tokens come from a daily quest that involves crafting a few of your profession's items. Daily quests exists for each level of each profession profession.
