Quest progression

The Wanton Terrors have used bones from the incarnation of Maelforge to build ritual pyres to infuse themselves with planar fire. I've created this Crystalline Frost Shard to douse the flames, but I need someone to actually use it. Be sure to exterminate those crafty Terrors, as well.
