Ral Teralar has asked you to collect Dusk Bat Wings from Dusk Bats near Tearfal Creek. They can often be found north of Ral Teralar's campsite, across the creek.
Description
If we want to learn more about ths talisman, I'll need to clean it. Luckly, the bats by the cave north of this area hve particularly coarse wings that can be ground into a fine polishing powder.
