Planar Lure

Cooldown: 5 seconds
Use at a tear to lure out the planar forces breaking through and start a rift event.

This will grant you the ability to breach the planar tears found across Telara, allowing you to defeat invaders and seal rifts on your own terms.

This item is obtained via the quest I Feel Better already. This quest is offered by Dale firmson in the Ark of the Ascended after completing the intro tutorial questline.
[edit] Guardian
This item is obtained via the quest Wanton Flame. This quest is offered by Orin Bancroft in Divine Landing after completing the intro tutorial questline.
