We wont be going for the number one spot on the server, but we will be aiming to take and keep defiants and be a well known good adversary to the Guardians.

The normal here mature, friendly, and active. Members will be required to help the Guild when possible, whether this would be crafting for lower level members, helping with a group quest, killing gankers in a area, etc. Most of all members must be willing to actually learn their class, and what they are expected to do in a group/raid setting.
Goals
We plan to have a "Council" in play, where 3-4 other members have a valid say in any changes to the guild. Instead of a Monarchy type leadership with me having the "Say all, end all" to help split up the authority through the guild. The council will plan the guild events, vote on new members/banning members, changing rules, etc. I always hated joining guilds etc. in games and getting banned or ganked(DF) by someone power hungry.
We plan to make the guild focused on leveling up, and grouping for quests to start off. Then down the line focus on Warfront, Raiding/PVPVE. Our ultimate goal of course will be to have fun, I don't seem to see to many "Casual" type guilds for the Guardian side. Guild will be based on players who are mature, and willing to just have a good time. No drama at all will be tolerated, I prefer to keep TS3 clean of swearing, and bad humor(annoying penis jokes/crap talk/etc) as possible since a lot of us have families and kids around. Mostly we would consist of casual-hardcore players, and realize real life is more important than the game. Guild events wont be "requirements" to stay in the Guild, but encouraged.
