In the most generic summary, we are a mature semi-hardcore PVP guild.
To expand a little, we believe in respecting your fellow guildmates; having fun (i.e., trashtalking the "other" guys but not trolling); leaving your drama at the door; getting raids and PvP done effectively; communicating succinctly; studying ourselves and our opponents to learn how to better play; but above all enjoying the game. We've worked hard on it, and there is a plethora of information on it, categoriezed in a way that will make it easy for you to find the specific information you are interested in.
