Who are Sirocco? Sirocco is a freeform, non-hierarchical roleplaying guild formed around the interaction of the Guild's members. Though a structure is required for the Guilds in Rift: Planes of Telara, we only have a very loose structure built up of the players who control the characters of the Guild. Both in-game and here on the forums there are only two ranks:
- The Founders (the six who formed the Guild in the first place)
- The Members (all the remainding members of the Guild)
Our Guild revolves around the characters themselves, and their interactions with one another. No one member is more important than the other, nor has any more say than any other. Like an Adventuring Party in a tabletop roleplaying game or a collection of Adventurers in a video-game RPG game, there is no one central leader.
Sorocco 'In-Character' Sirocco is not an official organization of any type. There is not going to be any military drills, no mercenary business, no being bartender in the guild’s pub. Instead, there is going to be a group of people who are together for completely different reasons, and all have their own agenda they might try to see fulfilled. It all started with an unlikely group of strangers who were thrown together by fate and forced to leave the oasis-city of Fortune's Shore when it was attacked by creatures from a Rift. Seeking refuge by sea, their ship eventually arrived on the southernmost shores of Freemarch...but where it goes from here, only time will tell. Every new member will have the chance to pull Sirocco in the direction they want, if they have the drive, the skill and the dedication to make everyone else listen. Every story is equally important, and it is when they all are tied together, the real adventure begins.

Sounds fun! where do I sign up? Well the first thing to do is to Register here on the site (do so by clicking here: http://siroccorp.enjin.com/recruitment ) That way we know who you are, what you're looking to play and what you're looking for in way of an experience within the Guild. Once you've been accepted here on the site you're free to post on the Forums and we can get to know you a little better. When you're ready find one of the six Founders online and send them a /tell saying you'd like to meet character-to-character. We'll meet up with you ingame and perform a small bit of improvisational roleplaying. After that if everyone's happy you'll recieve a Guild invite.
Goals
To create an establised and memorable story of our characters as they travel through the lands of Telara, and to encourage RP in those who wish to try it and offer a haven for those who already enjoy it.
