Overview

We are a group of individuals that have have come together for a singular purpose. To annihilate any and all opponents in the PVP realm of RIFT. Guild hierarchy consist of a panel of 5 guild leaders, each with their own unique duties and services. We are truly a guild for players. We regard fairness and success equally. We require a great deal from our guildmates and at the same time, guildmates are each taken care of in all aspects of the game. Gear, crafting, PVP, and soul building advice are just a few of the benefits of membership. Each individual holds equal value and with everyone's equal effort, we will be the best and most feared guild on Reclaimer. Your acceptance of our strategic philosophy, as well as our acceptance of you as a valid and competent guildmate, will ultimately result in complete and total domination for the Defiants of Telara. Our standards will never be compromised, and our success is limitless. Warfronts, random PVP battles, and assistance of lower level guildmates are all required from everyone. Guild Rules

Guild Purpose:

Singularity follows the very definition of a guild. A group of people with similar interest. We are here to help one another strive and become great. Eerything we do will be for the best interest of the guild and not one individual. Wth these very rules, resources and time dedicated to Singularity we will become the most notorious Defiant Reclaimer guild.

Guild Common Rules:

   * When a Singularity member is in need, every available member will stop what they are doing to assist.
   * We are an adult guild but no harrassment will be tolerated.
   * Your priority is your RL.  Do not let the game or Singularity interfere with that.
   * Guild punishments will be given in the form of resource collection.
   * Simply have FUN!  If you are not having fun we do not want you!

Guild Structure:

The guild leadership will be made up of five individuals that are voted on and chosen by the other leaders. Each leader will have their own purpose to give order during times of battle as well as everyday guild organization. Each leader will be equal to one another and will run Singularity on majority vote. Leaders are expected to assist any guild members with questions and simply lead by example.

   * PVP Warlord:  Will be our leader on the battlefield.  This individual will understand PvP tactics as well as be the voice during all PvP encounters.
   * Guild Treasurer:  This person will manage all guild purchases, funds and loot.  This is the only person that can fairly hand out guild armor and weapons.
   * Guild Crafter:  This person will organize guild crafting and resources.  They will manage and distribute anything related to crafting including recipes as well as crafting material.
   * Guild Class Leader:  This person will show a vast understanding of each class type.  As a guild trainer they will assist with training and helping others understand their classes and soul builds.
   * Guild Community Leader:  This person will be well rounded in all areas and will maintain all guild political relationships.

Voting out any guild leader is motioned with a majority vote by the other leadership. All leadership changes are finalized by majority guild vote which also includes nominations for replacements. All leaders will be given a probation period of 45 days during which, they can not be removed from their position.

Guild PvE Looting:

Singularity does not emphasize PvE, but there are many great resources that can assist us in PvP. Therefore all BLUE items or better are to be given to the guild leadership, and in turn will be distributed to any needing guild members. This rule only takes effect in guild groups of 3 or more members and if the item is not "Needed" by any group members. If no group members need the item, please turn the item over to a Leader to be stored in the guild bank. Any items in the guild bank can be requested by any Singularity member. Please keep in mind that this does not gaurantee you receiving the item. Our main priority when assigning items from the guild bank is to gear up all Main Toons first. If you have secondary toons, please treat them as such. All Green, White, Grey item or coin is yours to keep. Remember we are here to better Singularity members, anyone found abusing this rule will be removed from the guild.

Guild PvP Rules:

Singularity will be the leader in PvP on the Defiant side of Reclaimer. We will hold ourselves to the highest standard and will not break any of the following rules during PvP. These rules are put into place to improve our game play as well as hold other guilds accountable for their actions.

   * Everyone must use Ventrilo at ALL times.  Ventrilo is a great resource for communication.
   * We will not grief kill any groups of people for any reason.
   * We will not initiate an attack on any groups or individuals 5 or more levels below us.
         o A partial group can break off and take care of the PvP
         o If you are in a mixed guild group, you are not to break this rule. Guilds will learn our standards and naturally we will raise their standards.
   * During Warfronts or HUGE battles none of these rules exist. This is the only exception to the PvP ruleset.

If Singularity is victim to any of these rules by any Guardian guild we will KOS any guild members from the said guild. Http://singularity.myguildhost.com will have a public KOS list for all to view. This will include a list of infractions and members that comitted the infraction from the other guild. Once a guild is part of any KOS list, Singularity will openly hunt and PvP any members of that guild until they are removed from the KOS list. The Kill on Sight list will be maintained by the Guild Community Leader.
