Welcome Ascended,
Only the Guardians can prevent the DOOM of our time from descending upon us. Many of us lived a honorable and chivalrous life but all of us have died! The Vigil has bestowed upon you a chance to redeem your soul, as you are the "Chosen".
Only your strength, faith, passion, honor and duty can save us from Regulos and his Bloodstorm. The last page of our history has not yet been written. The Vigil's Messenger has called upon you Elf, Human and Dwarf, to face this Apocalypse with knowledge that long ago our alliance defeated Regulos. We come together again in this direst of times so that Man, Elf and Dwarf may not perish from the world of Telera. Our future is in your hands, Guardian.
Shield of Seraphs is a new guild for the MMO Rift. However, we are not new to Guild Leadership. Our leadership has many years of experience and management going back to the beta days of SWG. During our time in the Rift beta events, we found very few guilds that intend to play on a RP-PvP Server, Guardian faction. We decided that we would form a family friendly yet casually hardcore community for Rift on a RP-PvP Server.

Shield of Seraphs is a North American, PST based guild that welcomes all time zones to our cause. We invite you to read our Guild Charter and Guild Polices. We have a minimum age of 18 to apply for membership. We also encourage all members to learn to use Mumble.
Our Primary Goal with SoS is to create a family friendly guild that does not race to the end-game. Yet together as a community, we enjoy the progression as the journey is as important as getting to the destination.

Goals
Family Friendly - No minimum play requirement, great for working adults and parents.
Casually Hardcore - Not so focused that it causes strife yet determined to experience all aspects of the game
RP-Lite/PvP - RP friendly with RP Events and PvP Events.
Progression at pace to enjoy all the content that Trion has developed A community the Server will enjoy having us play on
Most Important - Having FUN!

Trion announced that Server names are changing. We will be playing on a RP-PvP Server that a majority of RP-PvP guilds choose.
