...a group of players who migrated from various other MMORPGs. Many of us have played together for years. We are a tight-knit group looking to enjoy Rift and accomplish our goals. We like to have fun, but know when it's time to get down to business.

1.We behave like adults--always. 2.We have the ability to speak and hear through Ventrillo. And, yes, that means a working microphone and the ability to listen to instructions from the raid leader. 3.We take criticism well and do not over-emotionalize constructive suggestions. 4.We constantly strive to get better. 5.We understand “wiping” to be a part of the progression process. 6.We accept that we are not always guaranteed a raid spot; the raid leader builds a force with the best players or class builds for the target encounter. 7.We treat other players with respect at all times, whether or not they are members of Mayhem.
