The Keepers of Lore are an order of Guardians dedicated to the preservation of Telara lore and culture. Telara is inhabited by many peoples and cultures who have developed much lore surrounding our world and our neighboring planes. Telara's past has been violent and destructive and its future is in flux, so our order seeks to ensure that this lore is preserved and protected, amidst the cataclysmic struggles raging between the Guardians and the dragons, Defiant and other factions which put hope for a peaceful Telara at risk.
The Vigil has tasked the Ascended with many varied responsibilities and we are often spread too thinly. The Keepers of Lore seek to accomplish the tasks set before us through close cooperation and mutual support.
Your initiation into the Keepers of Lore is both a humbling honor and a weighty burden. We trust you will demonstrate your worth by bringing honor and success to our shared endeavors.

Goals
Our guild was formed with the intention of gathering a tight-knit group of people with diverse interests who look to guild membership to enhance their enjoyment of the "MMO" elements of the game.
We intend to be a well-rounded guild. As we grow we will provide a forum for mentoring new players, RP, casual grouping, communal crafting, PvP and ultimately raiding as the guild grows and matures.
We consider ourselves a "casual" RP guild, meaning that RP is encouraged but optional. Our intention is to allow members to develop characters and participate in both formal and informal RP, including guild events.
