Goon Squad is a guild with something for everyone. We do not recruit based on performance or expected performance; everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals with the game is. The Guilds of Goons span dozens of games (perhaps even hundreds) with the most popular being WoW, LoTRO, FFXI, and now RIFT! Come join a premier RIFT guild with over 1300 active and growing members.
Our goal is to be self contained. The main Goon Squad branch in WoW (there are 13 Goon Squads on WoW spanning 10 servers), located on the Mal'Ganis server has over 4,000 members. At any time, you can /who raidname and find a raid group doing that particular raid. Our goal with RIFT is to be able to say the same thing.
Do not feel fooled by our size. We are not a "zerg" guild. You wouldn't call the Army or the Church a "zerg." We are highly organized, breaking down our members into smaller, more focused "plagoons" (platoons of goons). A member may switch in and out of these plagoons anytime to a different one without any difficulty, or lead one yourself if you're charismatic enough. There are plagoons focused on PVE, PVP (wf and world), crafting and gathering, socializing, rifts and invasions, religious services, and more!

As a premier guild with thousands of dollars in maintenance costs of various websites and services (we have full-time employees working on organizing our various activities and keeping track of the guilds), we must charge a few dollars for recruitment. Have in mind that you are joining on the best, most organized, and fun guilds on this God's green and blue Earth. We think our membership is worth the price of a movie ticket and popcorn because we provide more value in entertainment and self-fulfillment than anything else your money can buy.
