Dye

A dye is a solution, usually liquid, used to alter the color of an item.

In Rift, a dye is a consumable item that can be purchased from dye vendors in major population hubs. One dye can be used to change the color of a single piece of armor. In the cases of most armor, you will have a secondary and primary dye option for the following slots:

• Helm
• Shoulders
• Chest / Robes
• Gloves / Gauntlets
• Leggings / Pants
• Boots / Shoes
