Damage mitigation

Damage mitigation is the set of techniques used to reduce the damage taken by a player. It's primarily interesting for tanks.

Physical damage mitigation

There are 4 ways to mitigate physical damage

• Armor Value
• Block
• Parry
• Dodge

Magic damage mitigation

Magic damage is mitigated using Resistance, or with abilities designed to reduce magical damage.
